Mixing and pumping pneumatic machine for large volume of screeds

Transmat 27.45 is user-friendly, simple service and high performance mixing and pumping machine for screeds, mortar and concrete with diesel engine and built-in compressor (DC basic version). Available also with loading bucket (DCB version) and scraping shovel (DCBP version). On road towing set-up upon request.

Applications

- Semi-dry floor screeds

- Admixtures poor in cement or water

- Insulating screeds based on expanded clay, polystyrene, perlite, vermiculite, cork, etc.

- Any type of aggregates such as sand, gravel, etc.

- Fine concrete and concrete with 30 mm maximum aggregate size.

Technical advantages

- Automatic pumping cycle: the 4-cylinder liquid cooler diesel engine automatically turns to idle speed at the end of each cycle assuring low fuel consumption, reducing wear while maintaining the mixture smooth during the pumping cycles.

- Safety grill on the vessel that automatically shuts down the mixer when it is opened.

- Automatic 2-speed mixer shaft.
